Quest 1: Sticks and Stones
Read the note that Ignar gives you and as suggested go and find Savlian, who should now be in the camp in the city (The refugee camp is near the statue of Antus Pinder). Savlian will ask you to seek some help from the Count of Skingrad.
Ignar Rodblock
Head over to Skingrad Castle and in the courtyard you should meet a bald robed man called Arnand (he'll probably approach you). If Arnand's not in the courtyard have a hunt around the castle a bit for him.
Arnand
Arnand will ask you to run an errand for him, in exchange for an audience with the Count. The errand involves going to speak to a man called Somutuis Entius, who lives in a cottage just south west of Skingrad, near Tamika's vineyard. Somutius Entius will explain the problems he's been having and ask you to retrieve the goods he had acquired for Arnand ,that have been stolen by some Goblins. The goblins live in Green Fall Mine, which is north of Entius' cottage, near the Cursed Mine. Hunt through the mine and in one of the latter chambers you should find a crate with a bottle of some 'Strange Red Liquid' in.
You now have a choice, you can either go straight to Arnand with the bottle, or go back to speak to Entius, who'll give you a small reward, before heading on to Arnand. Once you've given Arnand the goods, he'll set up the meeting with the Count. The meeting takes place in the Skingrad Castle Courtyard at around 10pm the following night (if you miss that night just come back the following night... or the following...). Speak to the Count and listen to what he says before reporting back to Savlian Matius with the news.
