Quest 3: Falling Flowers
About a week after the city re-opens (that's two weeks since you complete 'Blood on the Road'), Ignar will once again come looking for you. Read the letter he gives you and follow it's suggestion to go looking for the retired gardener, Godras, near Anvil. Godras lives in Sapling Manor, which is located outside the Anvil city walls, near the south eastern corner.

Speak to Godras and you'll find out he's not been a happy man since his wife's death. Ask around Anvil about Belwen's death and you'll find out that there's a ghost that appears near the base of the lighthouse every Sundas. So, on Sundas go and investigate and speak to Belwen's ghost. She'll give you a pendant which you can use to help Godras get over his grief and pick up his gardening tools again.
